On behalf of the organisers, ITE Group Plc and our local partner ITE LLC Moscow, it is our pleasure to announce the 5th Russian Petroleum & Gas Congress. The event is held in conjunction with the biggest oil & gas exhibition MIOGE annually organised in Moscow since 1993.

Last year RPGC participants were sent greetings by Yuriy Trutnev, Minister of Natural Resources of the RF; Andrey Sharonov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the RF; Andrey Dementiev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of the RF; Sergey Oganesyan, Head of the Federal Energy Agency of the RF; Sergey Mironov, Chairman of the Council of Federation of the RF; Natalia Komarova, Chairperson of the Committee of the State Duma for Natural Resources of the RF.

RPGC 2007 is once again officially supported by the Ministry of Natural Resources and co-oraganised by the Federetion Council Commission on Natural Monopolies.

SPECIAL FOCUS 2007: Day 3 of the Congress this year will be dedicated to discussion of Strategic development of Russia’s gas industry and will be co-organised with International Gas Union.

The Congress will gather together over 600 representatives of the global and local oil & gas operators, offer 60 presentations and 10 official social functions.

Delegates find that RPGC provides an excellent oportunity to establish new useful contacts and to revitalise relationships with existing partners and clients.
