Delegate Registration Form:

The RPGC 2010 delegate registration form is now available to download here (PDF).

Your Registration Includes:

Participation in the conference sessions, as well as access to a variety of networking events such as coffee breaks, luncheons, a cocktail reception and the evening gala reception. You will also have the opportunity to have your company profile/catalogue entry published in the official Congress Proceedings catalogue (see deadlines below) which will serve as a valuable reference documents for all participants.

Company Listing/Catalogue Entry Deadline:

Delegate registration includes a catalogue entry in the Congress Proceedings catalogue. The deadline for catalogue entries is 17th May 2010, we therefore advise registering prior to this date to ensure you do not miss out on your company listing.

IMPORTANT Notes:

Flights & Hotels: Flights and hotel rooms are in extremely high demand during RPGC so we strongly recommend that if you plan to attend, that you make necessary arrangements as early as possible! Please contact our official travel agent CTMS who can assist with all your travel needs.

Visas: The organisers (ITE Group Plc) do NOT have the facility provide visa invitation letters, please contact CTMS directlty. Please visit our travel and accommodation page for more details.
